The RCPYC has a reputation for warm hospitality, great food, and some of the most competitive bar prices in Kent. The club’s enviable position enjoys the best views of Dover seafront.
You don’t have to be a sailor to join us - the club’s extensive social program offers something for everyone, whatever age, on or off the water.
Your application form will need to be supported by a proposer and seconder who are already club members, or if you don’t know any members, the committee will be happy to introduce you. The application is then displayed on the club notice board for 14 days, before the committee completes the administration.
The whole process takes around a month, but you will be more than welcome to visit the clubhouse, as a guest in the meantime. We are very keen to encourage families and offer some special deals when you all join at the same time. As a member, you will also benefit from the club's affiliation with many other yacht and sailing clubs, in the UK and around the world.
